On September 8, 2026, MOTAWILL completed the incorporation of MOTAWILL INVESTMENTS LIMITED in Zambia. The establishment of the local company provides a formal foundation for MOTAWILL to develop its business activities, partnerships and future operations in the country.
The registration process represents more than an administrative milestone. Establishing a local entity allows MOTAWILL to work more closely with local stakeholders, better understand market requirements and prepare the organizational structure needed for long-term development in Zambia.
As part of this process, members of the MOTAWILL team engaged with local stakeholders and business representatives in Zambia. The discussions focused on building the foundation required for future cooperation and market development.
